If it weren't for Matthew, I would never have gotten my home loan done. My father passed away last year and left a reverse mortgage on his home and he died without a will. I am a new homeowner and clueless about everything to do with buying a home. Matthew kept me informed every step if the way. This was a complicated loan due to the probate and reverse mortgage. Matthew stuck with me and I feel he was truly committed of getting my loan done. Now my sister and I are in the home we grew up in and very happy and thankful.

I adore Matthew! After speaking to him on the phone several times, I decided to go with Matthew to help me with my needs. He asked me how he could help me, and since I haven't "borrowed money before," I really didn't know how he could help me. After speaking with him several times, working numbers, "we" finally came up with a solution that worked just for me! He acknowledged my fears. He didn't try to pressure me; he was very kind, attentive, and patient. I am sure I asked him the same questions over and over and over again, and with the patience of a saint, he answered them over and over and over again! I spoke with him so many times, and each time, I was greeted warmly, like we were friends! I actually spoke with him so many times, that after we were about finished up, I missed talking to him over a weekend, and just wanted to call him and see how he was doing! I am very grateful to Matthew! For taking his time with me, explaining everything to me so I could understand the process, and for treating me respectfully, every time we spoke. Thank you, Matthew!
